At Nutris, a fava bean protein producer, I lead automation and AI. Over the past months my team and I have built tracking systems that connect farming, production, quality control, distribution, and sales into one real-time picture. The result is full traceability: any batch can be traced back to the field it grew on, in seconds.
A typical day means switching between troubleshooting, building new tools, and answering the eternal question: "Can we automate this?" (Spoiler: usually yes.)
The real challenge isn't the technology; it's building tools people actually want to use. If it's not simpler than the old way, nobody will touch it. But when someone tells me a tool I built saves them an hour every day, that's when you know the work matters.
The goal is simple: make data work for people, not the other way around.

The company website, built from scratch: a custom platform with its own CMS and Microsoft sign-in, optimised for search engines and AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude.

OT/IT data integration
Siemens PLCs and SCADA connected over OPC UA, with Node-RED flows collecting process data into a time-series database. Live plant data feeds the portal, reports and SCADA AI.
trioforma.hr
Website for a custom furniture maker: fast static site on Cloudflare with a serverless enquiry form, optimised for search and AI assistants. Plus SketchUp tooling that turns furniture models into cut lists and CNC drilling data.
